Cancellation Policy:

Before Delivery/Shipment:
You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped by logging into your account on the platform and navigating to the 'My Account' section. Cancellations will be processed within 24-48 business hours, and the refund will be credited accordingly.

Important: The entire order will be canceled if you cancel any part of the order. Once cancellation is requested, it cannot be undone, and you will have to place a new order.

After Shipment:
If the order has already been shipped or delivered, you will need to follow the return process.

Refund Process for Cancellations:

For cancellations before shipment: Refunds will be processed within 24-48 business hours.

For cancellations during transit: Refunds will be processed after the products are returned and verified at our warehouse.

Discount or Cart Offer Cancellations:
If you have made a purchase using a discount offer or cart deal, and cancel part of the order, the cancellation will apply to all items purchased under that offer.

Returns & Refunds Policy:

Return Request:
You can initiate a return request within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply log into your account and go to the 'My Account' section to raise the return request. You can return one or more items in your order, but only one return request is allowed per order.

Conditions for Returns:
Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories. The product should be unused and undamaged.

Non-Returnable Items:

Products damaged due to misuse

Products without original packaging or labels

Used or altered items

Items returned after 30 days of delivery

Free promotional products

Products with tampered serial numbers

Defective/Wrong Products:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days. We will arrange a pickup and process the refund after receiving and inspecting the product.

Partial Return:
Yes, you can return individual items from an order. However, all parts, accessories, and freebies must be included in the return.

For credit/debit cards or net banking: Refunds will be processed within 24-48 business hours after receiving the returned product and will reflect in your account in 2-3 business days.

For cash on delivery payments: Refunds will be processed through a bank transfer within 24-48 business hours after receiving the product. It will take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Returns Using Discount Vouchers:
If you used a discount voucher during the purchase, the voucher will be considered used even if you cancel or return the order.

Please Note:

You are responsible for packing the return items securely. Any loss or damage to incorrect returns is not the responsibility of the brand.

In areas where a return pickup service is available, it may take 2-4 business days for pickup to be scheduled. Delays due to logistics challenges are outside our control.
